Return Policy
Please read the information below to be better informed about
our policies.
Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Orders
for prints cancelled within 12 hours of order and before shipment
will incur no charges.
- Orders
for prints cancelled after 12 hours of order and before shipment,
will incur a $10.00 charge if the shipping process has been
started.
- Orders
for prints cancelled after shipment, you will be responsible
for shipping charges and Insurance both ways plus a 15% restock
fee. The package must not have been opened or the contents
removed.
- Orders
for matting and/or framing cancelled within 12 hours of order,
will incur no charges.
- Orders
for matting and/or framing cancelled after work has been started
and before shipment, you will incur the expense for work completed
at time of cancellation.
- There
are no refunds for custom matting and/or framing. The custom
matting and framing is a service provided at the customer’s
request and risk. Because it is so personalized by each individual’s
choices, we cannot give refunds on custom matting and framing.
- Notify
us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with instructions,
and upon receiving your returned art purchase (custom matting
and/or framing not included) with the attached authorization
number, in its original container, packed properly and in
excellent, marketable condition, we will refund the cost of
your art, less any applicable fees. In any other condition
refunds will not be issued. If returns are without a RAN on
the package, they will not be accepted.
- Refunds
cannot be issued for items that are returned improperly packed
and in poor, unmarketable condition.
- The
customer/purchaser must pay the return shipping and insurance.
Any freight claims for damage on return shipping will be the
customer’s responsibility.
- For
U.S. orders, there is a 30 day money back guarantee on all
prints purchased on the American Artist Collections Gallery,
starting from the Invoice date. Please notify us before returning
any shipment for a (RAN). The prints must be returned in the
same container, packed properly, and in excellent, marketable
condition. Any prints that have been matted and/or framed
after you received them, have no money back guarantee. They
are classified as matted and/or framed art.
- For
U.S. orders, if your art has not arrived within 23 days from
date of order, check with your carrier (tracking number) to
find out the delay and notify us with your find, if necessary.
- We will
not accept any foreign Credit Cards, Money Orders, or Checks
. We will only accept payment in U.S. Dollars through U.S.
Banks. We do accept Pay Pal.
